(1) The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and order the government offices and the organized organizations specified in the notice to deduct an amount equal to the specified percentage for the period specified in the notice from the monthly wages received by the employees and workers working in their offices or organizations and deposit it in the investor account scheme. (2) It shall be the duty of the concerned office or organized organization and the employees and workers employed in such office or organized organization to comply with the order as per sub-section (1).
